Q: Have you won any awards?
A: Wow, what a great you question you have there. Yes! In addition to our awesome reviews on Trip Advisor, Facebook, and other sites, we also won a Best Of Utah Award as one of the top attractions in the state! Awarded in December 2015, The Escape Key was recognized as one of the top attractions in the Salt Lake City area and was aired on the Discovery Channel nationally, and on KJZZ 14 locally. Come see what all the fuss is about. You’ll have a blast!
A: All of our rooms no longer require a minimum of four players. Our CSI and Lair of Lunacy room in Provo are possible with only 2 players. You will find the experience is much more enjoyable with at least four in Infiltrated and Sherlocked!
A: It is highly recommended to make an online reservation to secure your spot. Walk-ins are accepted if there is still availability during our public timeslots. We may be temporarily closed if there are no active reservations. Please make sure to make a reservation in advance. If you have any questions prior to making your reservation, please call or email us!

If there is a time slot you’re interested in outside our public time slots, please see the information about private events below.

A: We no longer have an age restriction! Infants in arms are also allowed provided that the entire room is booked by the same party. Our goal here is to make sure all visitors have a great experience.
A: Please see our Contact Us page for additional information including a parking map.
A: If your group has 8 people or fewer, please check the availability for public slots. If you can find a good slot that works for your group, please purchase all 8 tickets before someone takes it! We also have private time slots available upon request. For special booking information please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
A: If your group can be separated into several small groups, yes we can. Each room has a standard capacity of 8 players. We are happy to book a private event for your group so that everyone has a chance to play! For special booking information please contact us at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org.
A: The games are carefully designed and location specific. Please come and play at our location. It’s worth it!
A: No food or drink is allowed during the game. But our business is located in downtown Salt Lake City, and Provo. There are many restaurants, cafes, and bars nearby that you can visit after the game. There’s everything from fast food to fine dining within a very short distance.
If you need to pay when you arrive, you will need to purchase at least 2 slots online as a reservation for that time, and email/call to reserve more slots. These 2 slots are a “downpayment” for the desired time, and can also be rescheduled if you call within 1.5 hours of your booking.
